What's included in the price?
Every subscription and per-piece price is all-inclusive — it covers our managed service (automation design, integration, monitoring, and support) plus print, postage, and envelopes. There are no other hidden fees.
Is the setup fee recurring?
No. The $999 setup is a one-time charge for discovery, integration, and launching your first automation. You only pay it once, and there are no recurring onboarding fees.
Do prices change when USPS rates change?
When USPS adjusts postage rates, affected per-piece prices update accordingly. We always pass through only the actual rate change — no surprise surcharges.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Per-piece rates adjust to your new tier, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's included in the per-piece price?
Print, postage, and envelopes (where applicable) are all included in the listed unit price. Optional add-ons like additional pages, perforation, return envelopes, certified mail, and registered mail are priced separately as shown.
